GREAT DEALS FIRST GROUP COACHING COURSE

Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality: The nature of the relationship contemplated by this Agreement requires the free sharing of information between the Parties, including Confidential Information, which must be held in the strictest of confidence. Confidential Information may not be shared with anyone outside of immediate family or partnership, and professional advisors, each of which must also be bound by the same level of confidentiality as required in this Agreement. Confidential Information includes all information related to the Great Deals First Campaign, its marketing language, group coaching, revenue sharing, and all lenders, deals or referrals. By way of illustration, but not limitation, Confidential Information includes all information related to businesses considered by the Campaign, including: all marketing materials, value add conversations,  financial information provided, projected returns, interested parties, locations, as well as any specific plans or processes that the Company, referred to as Property Haus REI, LLc dba Great Deals First, specifically details as Confidential. Confidential Information also includes the Company’s strategies and lessons taught in Group Coaching, One on One meetings and/or emails, the Great Deals First Facebook Coaching page,  as well as all of Company’s products and training materials, which are considered to be trade secrets, confidential and proprietary and not readily accessible to the public.

In addition to not disclosing Campaign and Company information, Customers will not reproduce any Company or Campaign materials nor lend, rent or sell them to anyone. Such “Confidential Information” represents a legitimate, valuable and protected interest of the Company and gives the Company a competitive advantage, which otherwise would be lost if this confidential information was improperly disclosed or otherwise revealed.

Each party recognizes and acknowledges that the Company considers the information to be confidential and that the improper disclosure or use of this confidential information, as a result of their action or inaction, would cause irreparable injury to the Company by jeopardizing, compromising, and perhaps eliminating the competitive advantage the Company does or may hold because of the existence and secrecy of the confidential information.

The Parties acknowledge and agree that any remedy at law for any breach of the provisions of this Confidentiality provision would be inadequate, and each Party hereby consents to the granting by any court of an injunction or other equitable relief, without the necessity of actual monetary loss being proved, in order that the breach or threatened breach of such provisions may be effectively restrained. The prevailing party in any such action shall be entitled to recover its costs and fees, including attorney’s fees, from the non-prevailing party.

The obligations set forth herein relating to nondisclosure and nonuse of the confidential information shall remain effective, valid, binding, and otherwise in force for as long as the Confidential Information remains confidential and in no event less than two years.

Dispute Resolution: If there is any disagreement between the Parties, or between the Customer and someone else in the Campaign Network, before submitting the dispute to Arbitration, the Company will try to intervene to mitigate.

Additional Terms: The Company does not function as a real estate broker, personal accountant, attorney, financial advisor, or other professional advisor. Each Party shall obtain their own independent professional advice. Customer is solely responsible for all decisions made in connection to information received through the Campaign and shall personally verify the accuracy of such information. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, including, without limitation, all implied warranties, terms or conditions, of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Some Countries and states in the United States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply. In no event will the Company, its affiliates, or other Campaign members be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses arising from my use of the information provided by the Campaign. If the above limitations should fail in their essential purpose for any reason, the Company’s maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of fees paid for the applicable goods or services. Some Jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, in those Jurisdictions such exclusion does not apply. The only representations from the Company I have based my purchase decision on are in writing and have been provided to me.

Phone/Email/Text Communications: I give the Company permission to communicate with me by phone, email and text, including using an automated telephone system to call or send messages, including pre-recorded messages. The Company may contact me to relay special offers, announcements, and information I may find valuable in my business.
 

Mastermind Event: By joining the Mastermind event, you agree to actively participate, maintain confidentiality, and engage respectfully. There are no guaranteed results, as success depends on your effort. All payments are [non-refundable/refundable under conditions], and any shared materials are for personal use only. Unauthorized distribution or resale is prohibited. Failure to uphold these terms may result in removal from the mastermind.

Group Coaching:

Session Access: Students enrolled in group coaching have access to 4 sessions, valid for 90 days (3 months) from the sign-up date (unless otherwise specified). Group coaching sessions start counting from the first Wednesday attended. Group Coaching Sessions occur on Wednesdays from 6pm-7pm CT.

Attendance & Participation: Consistent attendance is encouraged for maximum benefit, as participation increases your chances of success.  If your schedule has changed, and you know you cannot attend sessions at this scheduled time, please inform us immediately at support@greatdealsfirst.com.

Recordings: Students will receive all live recordings post group coaching sessions.  If a student is unable to attend a live session, you will receive the live recordings.  It’s your responsibility to stay engaged, ask questions, and make the most of each session.  If you know you will never be able to attend a live session and you’d like recordings to begin on a specific date, notify us in writing at support@greatdealsfirst.com; otherwise, recordings will start the first Wednesday post-sign-up.

Refunds and No Shows: It is your responsibility to show up for group coaching each week.  If you are not able to attend during one of your sessions, a recording will be sent to you.  Refunds for no shows are not accepted.   

Refunds & Expiration: Refunds are not available for missed sessions or no-shows. Sessions not used within the 90-day period (unless otherwise specified) will expire, so we encourage consistent participation to maximize program value.

Note: For any sessions missed by the host (Jen) due to personal commitments, holidays, or other reasons, the missed sessions will not count against the student's 4-session credits.

Refunds: A full refund is available within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the student has not accessed or opened the student portal or any course modules. Once a student has opened the portal or accessed any course module, no refunds are available under any circumstances.

Use of Coaching Sessions for Promotional Materials: By participating in the coaching program, students agree that Great Deals First may use recordings, testimonials, or snippets from coaching sessions, whether in text, video, or audio format, for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to website content, social media posts, advertisements, and other promotional materials. All personal identifying information will be handled respectfully, and sensitive information will not be disclosed without consent.

DUTY TO READ 

I accept that under this Agreement I have a duty to read these disclosures release and refund policy given to me and have done so. I attest to this duty and sign on the order form to execute this document. Furthermore, I understand and accept that I am stopped from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies to contain herein.
